Has anyone ever played with the idea of putting a sink drain/strainer basket type setup in the bottom of their HTL or MT? I plan on trying to put one in an aluminum pot with the thought that when I tighten and "crank" down the bottom gasket it would hopefully slightly deform the bottom of the kettle and make the drain the ABSOLUTE lowest point in the kettle. Thoughts?
