I've brewed quite a bit of beers, but this one has to be my favorite by far. Its a very drinkable pale ale with just the right amount of characters and appeal. I've got two cases bottled for future comps. Here is the All Grain 10 gallon recipe, hope someone tries it
20.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM)
2.00 lb Rice, Flaked (1.0 SRM)
3.00 oz Saaz [3.30%] (60 min)
2.00 oz Tettnang [4.00%] (5 min)
2.00 oz Orange Peel, Sweet (Boil 5.0 min)
2 Pkgs London Ale (Wyeast Labs #1028) Yeast-Ale (Or Large Starter from 1 pack)
I ussually use a Single Infusion targeting a Medium body. I also had my Efficency set low... to like 60%, so your attempt may be more alcoholic.
Also, the yeast doesn't have to be London Ale, but should finish dry.
Also, if you have some ideas to add, please let me know.
