Ok, here is a very straight forward Saison recipe that is my second favorite brew to date. The malt bill could probably be reduced a little. I had a fortunate mistake and ended at 1.055 because I over sparged.
This Belle Saison yeast is a monster. If I had a 1.067 OG it would have been a seriously intense beer! As it turned out it was just right. A very drinkable, flavorful 6.7% beer.
