Hey guys..
Just want to run a very very simple stout/porter recipe with you guys...see what you think..
1.7kg (3.74lbs) cascade Chocolate Mahogany Porter LME
1kg (2.2lbs) dark dried malt DME
500g (1.1lbs) of either dextrose OR raw sugar
15g Willamette Finishing Hops
in a 20-23l batch
anyone done anything similar?
and also opinions?
