Quick question. I'm making a simple Dunkle I got from OBK. The kit just landed on my doorstep and my gear is still out from last nights brew! LOL

But the instructions are pretty scant.

Okay, so this is pretty dead simple recipe!
My question is Saaz is aroma only? Therefore its put in right at the end of the boil? Boil it for a minute just to get it in there? I'm fairly certain this is the case.

I just discovered I love Dunkle. Hoping good things for this kit.

Thanks! For the confirmation. I was headed the wrong way.

I snagged two of the kits in case its good - or even mediocre will do fine. LOL

Dunkels should have very little hop aroma or flavor, but yes, as MaxStout said, 60 minute add. Nothing after that.
