Just transferred my wort from my primary to my secondary. The secondary is glass and I have a silicone airlock. Well I came down this morning to find the airlock popped out of the fermenter. I'm not sure how long it was out of the fermenter for, but more importantly is my beer screwed? Is it worth it to wait a few weeks and bottle it?

Resanitize, pop it back in and you'll probably be fine.

Could rig up a blow off tube if you're nervous about it happening again.

Those bungs are famous for that, they'll keep sliding out unless they're dry(ish). Your beer's most likely fine, just resanitize it, replace it and keep an eye on it for the first few hours until it's dry enough to stay in place.
