no way man. i just buzzed through your gallery and you got gobs of stuff i am lacking. lots o toys.....need more toys.

I really like that hopper idea, it is a PITA to dough in over 20 lbs of grain by yourself. I think that might be my next project... Man, if I keep going I might have to add on to the BrewShed!!!

Another Project!!!!:ban:

The hopper thing is cool. Fortunately my setup isn't that tall, and my little step stool works fine. The last beer I did with this set up I doughed in with 25 lbs of grain, which was a bit of a pain.

Its allllll about the toys. . . :D

When I do big beers I mash in 75+ lbs of grain and doing that alone is not easy so I came up with my own grain hopper. Along with an electric mud mixer I can mash in fairly quickly....

Nice set up. You are leaps and bounds ahead of me.

By the way, welcome to the forum.

I like. I really wish I had the time to tinker and weld. I could have saved some money. That said, I like my setup, and produces AWESOME beer.

BTW, I just bought a stainless 14 gallon Conical fermenter. I'll post pictures when I get it in.

:D Hey, I had to do something with the equity money left over from our old house. I couldn't just let the wife spend it all on kitchen and bathroom remodeling! She's just lucky I didn't turn around and buy a huge copper 5 barrel system. So the way I'm looking at it is that I get what I wanted, and my wife gets off "cheap." Now, whether she sees it that way or not is another question.

I'm looking forward to getting it though . . .

Just to keep everyone somewhat grounded, my ghetto setto......
