show me your shed brewery builds!

I have a 12x6 shed that I'd like to turn into a brewery but there's no power or water out there. I've done a little research on what it would cost to run them out to the shed but I'm not sure if the space would work well enough for what I'm thinking for the cost of the build-out. Have any of you folks turned a regular ole shed into a brewery? Show me some pics and a little detail on how long it took you and maybe a ballpark cost if you feel like sharing. Thanks!

At the bottom is a link to one of our first Youtube videos of our brew shed.

We started with a premade 10x12 shed and went from there.
It took about two years of saving to get enough to build the Brew shed of our dreams.

The total cost for everything, including the shed, was approx. $18 to $20K.

There are also several update videos after this one on my Fiance's youtube channel showing how it has progressed if you're interested.
