The fan is 12 oz, so 3lb would be 48 oz. Works out to 6lb x 4 = 24 lb if I calculated correctly.

Nice. That's what I was looking for! Thanks. So with my initial plan, I would use 1/2 of a can for 3lbs of fresh blueberries, or about 6oz.

I filled two mason jars to the top with the dried berries then poured vodka to about half way (they were packed pretty tight so maybe an ounce or two per jar), then added the whole contents of the jars into the fermenter.

Ok, so not much vodka. That's awesome information! Thanks a ton.
 
Blueberry sour.

Pureed in a blender 5lbs frozen blueberries to 2.5gal. When racking, the SS strainer got constantly clogged and had to rinse and sanitize about 7 times. PIA. Maybe just crush them and add. Brewers Best makes great extracts if the flavor is not enough.
