Here is a beer i brewed, maybe part Belgian pale and part Enkel.

5gal
8lbs Pils
12oz Wheat Malt
12oz Flaked Rye
1# Panela (Piloncillo) added 4 days into ferment
0.44 oz Sterling [7.90%] FWH
0.19 oz Chinook [14.10%] 80min
0.36 oz Cascade [7.00%] 80min
0.38 oz Mt. Hood [6.00%] (10 min)
Wyeast #3787

Mash at 152 for 70min
OG 1.055

Should I dry hop? I really think i want to.
Here is what i have that i feel would fit the beer, I do have many "American" hops but prob will same those for my upcoming ipas
2oz Crystal
1.5oz Mt. Hood

I would be interested in hearing thoughts on either dry hop option. Thanks

i always use cascade and fuggles - they give off a lot of aromatics.
