I know that I probably should, but does everybody out there always dissconnect the in and out posts from they're corny's before rekegging?

don't forget to apply some "food product safe" lubricant to all of those o-rings and seals each time too. You'll be much happier in the long run

Lubrication makes a lot of things better ;)

I take the cornie posts apart each time as well, doesn't take long to clean and sanitize (I don't take them apart on my soda water keg that just gets refilled with more water)

I also completely take apart the corny - unscrew the posts, dissasemble everything and dump it in the keg with starsan to clean it all everytime between batches.

DO NOT hold the post in you hand, facing you palm, when you push the poppet valves out of the post.

Trust me.

Otherwise, you get to clean blood off them before you sanitize them.

I only disassemble everything once in every four brews. For the brews where I don't disassemble I give the keg a good clean with washing-up liquid and a cloth (I can get my whole arm in, just) and fill with a Videne mix sanitiser (similar'ish to StarSan) and pump this out through the out-post and beer tap. I've yet to have one go bad on me.

I always clean them, takes a whole extra couple minutes (grab wrench- have sockets specifically for post with my brew equipment).

I don't have lube, but have been meaning to get some. Should help the life of your seals, ensure a tight seal, as well as help prevent your disconnects from sticking as much.

I need to do this. What type of lubricant do you recommend and if my LHBS doesn't have any (which it doesn't), where could I try to find it?

I have to agree with this....it's not necessary to disassemble each time but should be done every couple of brews. The kegs are kept cold and the chance of any contamination from dirty kegs is low. The sugar in your beer should low and the alcohol in your beer should help with sanitation. I know it only takes a few minutes but that’s a few minutes you could use on recipe formulation and sanitation in other areas that are more important.

Also I always seem to lose an o-ring every time I take them apart.

To be honest, I never thought of not taking them apart to clean them.
You can use any food grade lubricant, I bought a large vial over 5 years ago. I use it for kegging, as well as my scuba equipment and I think I have used maybe 1/3 of it.
