I usally don't secondary, but I needed room in my fermentation chamber, so after 2 plus weeks I put the beer in a keg to secondary and used just enough pressure to seal lid. I'm at or very near terminal gravity and was wondering if carbing theese kegs now will affect the yeast at all. Also, they are at 3 weeks now using S-05.

No, yeast are good for 10-15 atmospheres. Go ahead and carbonate. If you've got the time add priming sugar and re-seal.

Thanks, Though I'm not adding priming sugar I'll put on CO2 for the next week so it will be ready to drink at end of secondary.
I have a 30lb tank I use for carbing,ETC.
