Should I buy this chiller??

A got a Visa gift card for 100. Should I get this counterflow wort chiller??

I have a cooper immersion chiller I can use in tandem with the counterflow chiller. It takes me about 20 minutes to chill a 5 gallon batch, so I'm assuming this would be a alot of bang for my buck and improve the quality of my process. Any practical experience with this chiller would be greatly appreciated.
