I brewed a DIPA this past Saturday and used Wyeast 1056 yeast. I pitched the yeast when the wort was 67 degrees. I pitched it around 6:00 and it was already bubbling at midnight. I checked it before I left for work this morning and saw this from the blow off tube. The tube is sitting in a jug of Star San. The first picture was before I left and the second picture was after I came home. Does anyone know what this is? Is it something I should be concerned about? I haven't noticed any odd smells, but I'm still wondering about it.
