Should I add yeast nutrient to my wine

I made my first wine using apple juice and a couple cans of frozen grape concentrate. I also added a pound of granulated sugar. I used red star montrachet yeast but I didn't know about yeast nutrient. I made the wine last saturday is it too late to add the yeast nutrient or should I just forget about adding it?

You can add it anytime, if you want. It probably doesn't need it, but it won't hurt to add it.
