Shippers for 375ml Crooked Stave bottles

I am having some beer sent to be from crooked stave 375ml bottles and was wondering what kind of shipper would work for that and where I could order it online. I've put some searches in and haven't found the shipper that looks like it would work for that size bottle.

I have some extra 12-pack shipping boxes from a 'beer of the month' club. I could send them via USPS media mail for $5 each. The insides are like this (minus the bottles of course)...
