I have found several threads that start out to make this but end up with something different. I'm really in search of the clone or even any ideas of how to get pecan flavor into my beer. I assume that racking the beer over fresh peaches in the secondary is still the best way to get peach flavor?
I'm new, so extract brewing is currently my thing, willing to do a partial or a fairly simple AG... I'll just have to self teach.
