Can anyone tell me the approximate shelf life of rice syrup solids? I ask because I ordered and received a pound from Amazon and the label on the bag is from a company called Crosby and Baker. Well Crosby and Baker were acquired by BSG in April of 2011, so I'm guessing this bag is pretty old.

its the same as dry malt extract, keep it dry out of humid areas sealed in a air tight container and it should last forever
