Sharing an IPA between a Keg and bottles

Sorry, it's my first home brew...bought a complete kit.

I've got a 23L Milestone IPA fermenting away in a bucket, with no airlock...the instructions say to just "snap the lid on and release a small section".
I'm assuming this won't affect the fermenting process in a negative way?
All the research I've done on the Internet shows everyone using airlocks.

The kit came with a 25L pressurised keg. I just need to boil 80 grams of brewers sugar with 250ml of boiling water, cool and put in the keg before filling it.
This is all I need to do to prime/carbonate the beer?

From my 23L wort,
- Can I fill a few 500ml bottles AND put the rest in the 25L keg? or
- Do I have to do either bottles OR the keg?

Once I start drinking the beer from the keg through the tap on the side, does it have to be consumed within 4-7 days or will it still last a few weeks?

For a beginner setup, its fine. Many people start with Mr. Beer, which has a threaded cap that doesn't create a perfect seal. In the future, if you're more serious about brewing, investing in a setup with an airlock is not a bad idea.

And wait. It will take some time for it to fully carbonate.

Not sure on this one, I think having extra head room isn't ideal, but I'm not sure what the implications are.

Does the keg have a way to attach a CO2 cartridge? If there is no way to add more CO2, then it will go flat and stale after some period of time. Think of it like a soda bottle. Once opened, it doesn't last forever.
 
Your equipment is quite a bit different than homebrewers use in the US, so I'm not sure exactly what to do you. You can leave the lid loose on the fermenter, if you don't have a way for the gas to escape via an airlock, but don't put the lid down tight so it doesn't explode on you.

For the pressure barrel, I've never actually seen one but if you are using sugar to carb it, you have to put the whole batch in it. Otherwise, you'd have way too much headspace for the c02 to build up and carbonate the beer.

If you're not replacing the co2 as you drink it, eventually the beer will go flat so the idea is to consume it before it goes flat.

I think as it's my first, I'll be safe and put the whole batch in the keg and look at getting the co2 to pressurise as I drink it.
