The vast majority on this site have some degree of empathy and a compulsion to be Kind, which can lead to downplaying cons. Since I find it more kind in the long run to be blunt and honest, here's my reasoning and suggestion for pricing this;
The refrigerator itself looks like a nice unit, but on this site most engaged in serious research before buying a kegerator are well aware that the refrgeration unit itself may only last a few years and so look to the 'portable' components that can be migrated to a future replacement base unit. For this element; look up on craigslist or whatever you use locally for classified ads and take note of the average selling price for this type of refigerator on its own, and then begin to add to it based on the following:
If a user on here had purchased this unit and asked for advice on what to do with it, the overwhelming first response would be to lose both the included archaic gas and liquid lines and replace them with modern oxygen-resistant Duotight fittings and EVABarrier line...those lines you have essentially have no value. The next part that many (but not all) will recommend for replacement if needed is the shanks if they are chemically reactive plated chrome rather than stainless steel.. Then there's the arcahic unsanitary rear-sealing tap..most will recommend a SS Nukatap or other modern forward-sealing design.
The Kegco regulators are decent and respectable regulators, but they're not Taprite, MicroMatic or any of the 'boutique' brands and second-hand price is equivalent or just a bit higher to the no-name generic ones.
The 2 CO2 tanks are a nice addition but; neither your description nor pics infrom us of the last hydro-test date and refilling (or disposal) may be a con for a buyer....every region differs here.
The corny kegs have the white silicone o-rings (that we will recommend replacing with Buna or EDPM) so I'm left to assume these may be first-generation bought new Kegland cornys. The carbonation caps for them are, for some, a nice addition; Do they have carb-stones on the end of an inner hose?
The best rcommendation I can make for price is to add $200-$300 to the local going price of the fridge,
Honestly; if you have craigslist or some other regional or FB type way to list it for sale, you'll probably get a much higher price than on here.

There are carbonation stones and the kegs were purchased from kegco. The co2 tanks were last filled 2 months ago. I appreciate the honest review and if you are interested you can have the whole thing for $300. Thanks.

Thanks for the offer! but; I'm both not in a position to buy and not even in the same country, I hope someone is... I was just trying to help you set an asking price as one of the conditions of posting in this part of the forum is that you clearly state an asking price, even if it is "$XXX or best offer".. you must list an asking price or risk deletion.
I like to see people satisfied on here, so as I mentioned above: the date of the CO2 tanks last hydro test will probably be asked, maybe since you bought everything new, you're unaware of this: CO2 tanks, by law pretty much everywhere, must be periodically tested and they have the test date stamped on to the cylinder..as a suggestion; take a look at the tank and either mention the last hyrdo test date or (to give a potential buyer a better sense of security) take a picture of it.
Like I said; you'll probably get more selling it locally, but if you just want to get rid of it; the kegs, regulators and CO2 tanks (if they are up to date) would be a good deal at even $500.

@Broken Crow ... very well thought out and said. I think you forgot to include the 'Corn Dog and 24 pack potato pancake variable' however.
If the fridge does indeed come with these items, i would suggest another $25 to the asking price!

Ok- all jokes aside- when i bought my first kegerator, it was a pre-fab unit. I always wished it had a freezer for cold frosty mugs! (And yes, i know true beer afficandos will never use a frozen mug. That's another debate).

Good luck on the sale @techpro2004! I think at that price you'll sell it, but i agree- try local marketplaces, too. A frat house would be all over this!
