I want to buy a upright fridge (freezer on top) to convert into a Kegerator. I only have about a 36" space to fit it in... so that is why I am going with an upright.

I want to buy new, because I have some money to do so and want something that will run as quiet as possible.

Does anyone have any models and manufactures they would recommend. I hope to get something that will fit 3 or 4 kegs and my 5lb tank.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

if you got money, get a nice new one for the kitchen and use the old one for the beer. unless you are single. ( swmbo would have aready told you this so I guess you are single) :D

I may be of little help here, but I bought a 10 year old 18cu ft Amana that runs like a dream. Craigslist score for $75!

I agree about buying new for the kitchen and having the old one relegated to kegerator duty.

Personally I'd be really nervous drilling holes in a brand new fridge.
