I'm setting up a new server for my homebrewing needs and I'm considering incorporating a SATA 6GBPS SSD/1.92TB-RI-2.5Inch for storage. I'm curious if anyone here has experience with this specific SSD model and its performance in a homebrew server environment. Any tips on installation, configuration, or overall suitability for handling brewing software and data would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your insights!

As a boot drive, why SATA6Gb in 2024? The world has moved on from such old tech, I wouldn't touch a build that didn't use PCIe NVME SSDs, preferably M.2 form factor.

Also, those linked drives appear to come with hot-swap carriers that require mating enclosures. Finally, they appear to be used "pulls". I definitely would not use a pull on a new build...

Cheers!
