I Got the wort down to a 70 for the yeast to grow safely then accidentally added the yeast before i out the wort in the fermenter. After racking the wort into the primary fermenter I poured a little bit of sediment into the fermenter worried about getting all of the yeast. Now my primary concern is that the sediment will cause off flavors in the brew. I am not worried about getting sediment into the bottling process because I will be racking again during secondary fermentation I am just worried that the sediment will mess up the brew during primary fermentation. The beer is an IPA if that makes a difference.
