I racked to secondary 12 days ago because I wanted to added coffee to my most recent brew. I wont be able to bottle for another week or so and was wondering if there would be any negative effects to the beer.

Your beer should be just fine for another week or more.

nope. a little extra time rarely hurts, as the effects you're trying for usually happen in the first 3-5 days anyway
