Secondary questions

Hello everyone,

It's been a long time since I have brewed and a longer time since I have been on the forum. I recently brewed a batch a week ago and for the first time I'm trying dry hopping and using a secondary. I racked into my secondary and everything seems to be going ok. My question is, will more sediment drop in my secondary/will the beer clarify more ( I know using a secondary is supposed to help clarify the beer) I've putting my picture below, if you can see there is a ring around the top that appears to be a ton clearer than the bottom, with this process continue?

what you are seeing at the top is the yeast becoming less active and settling out to the bottom, therefore the top layer is more clear. if you were to cold crash you could have this done in a few days. i typically dont do a secondary once i have reached my FG/dry hop time is done, i just move the fermentor into my keezer and let it sit for another 3-4days, keg, carb, consume. but it looks like what you've got there is going to be quite nice

I wish I had a fridge open to cold crash, but i think for this run it'll have to settle in the secondary. I plan on moving onto kegging once I convince my wife to give up the second fridge and let me convert that bad boy to a kegerator
