I usually bottle up about 3 cups of finished product (8 day fermentation) with a quarter cup of whatever fresh juice/fruit i intend to flavor it with. how long should i store this in an airtight bottle (grolsch style bottles) prior or refrigeration?
 
Not a huge amount, but enough for me. It's bubbly enough I think.
