I am currently doing a secondary fermentation in a keg and was wondering if I can serve from the same keg or if I need to transfer to another keg to serve. I think that there is some trub at the bottom and it will not pour out in the first few glasses. what do you think?

You can definitely serve from it. The trub will either pour off with the first couple of pints or it will form a cake at the bottom and stay there (just don't move the keg more than you need to). You might also consider a floating dip tube which draws from the top instead of the bottom.

Thanks. I have two of them in the keezer right now. I'll try that and see how it goes. I can always transfer to a clean keg if the trub doesn't go away. Was worried that things would get plugged up.

Might be better solutions from some more experienced brewers out there, this is what worked for me when I got a clog.

Turn the gas down all the way, vent keg through PRV all the way until no hiss, then swap a liquid qd onto your gas line and connect to the keg liquid port. Increase pressure until dip tube is blowing co2 through it, thus clearing the clog. Unhook the swapped qd, put everything back to normal, put back at serving psi and reconnect normally.

Let sit 24 hours to settle everything and hope it doesn't occur again (unlikely IMO). I've only had this happen a couple times, now I dry hop in bags...

Thanks, I’ll try that if it does get clogged. I’ve poured a couple pints last weekend and it seemed fine with no visible particles floating. I think I’m good but time may tell.
