I've had my cider in the carboy for two weeks. OG was 1.052 and now at .996. Real smooth, not sweet at all and needs a little body. I was going to split it into 3-1gallon batches. What is the average amount of concentrate for a one gallon secondary, for a slight sweetness? Also want to do a peach one.

I try to return my cider to a SG of around 1.005-1.010. Remember though that this is very much tied to individual perception.

If you want to try this level, stabilize the cider and add about 5 oz of sugar to a gallon. That should bring your .096 brew to around 1.005-1.010. Good luck, and remember to play around with a sample that you taste test. :)
