Anyone do a smash with this malt? Its 15L and I can't find any info anywhere whether or not you can use 100% in your mash.
 
Yeah, I saw that and got confused. They list it as 15.5L but in their specs it says 8-10L, guess I should call them.
 
That's German dark Munich, a base malt that can be used at up to 100% of the grist bill.
 
Used it for a bit of color in my last wheat beer, but never tried 100%. Let us know how it goes.
 
Attempted revival of an old post. My LHS carries Schill Dark Munich Malt. I had planned on brewing a dopplebock with Weyermann Munich II but they don't carry it. Does anyone have experience with Schill Dark Munich? Thanks!
