Hey, OK, I'll admit I'm playing off a Simon and Garfunkel tune, but I'm working on an English style oatmeal stout using the "fab four" (parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme). I've done some experimenting with the herbs and oats and I think they may can be made to play nicely together. Anybody ever tried this combo? What amounts did you use? I saw on other posts where it was suggested that you add all but parsley for a 1 hour boil, but hold parsley until last 15 minutes or so. But nobody listed how much they used. Help, please?
