Got another NEIPA cold crashing now. This is my first time using lupulin/cryo hops. The aroma is out of this world. Fermented this one in the keg. Closed transfer to another keg for dry hopping. Then closed transfer to the serving keg with a keg hop. Since pitching yeast, oxygen won't touch this beer until it's pouring out the tap. High hopes for this one since oxidation straight up murders these beers.
Here's a pic I grabbed when I was jumping it over to the dry hop keg. Looks like Sunny D. Can't wait to carb it up this weekend.
