Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I am poking around the forum and learning a lot. Just finished my first extract brew (an Irish Red) and went straight to kegging instead of bottling.I did a force carbonation and it turned out great! Built a keggerator and putting it to use. Looking to start all-grain brewing soon. Planning on doing a few more extract brews and learn a little more then get into the all-grain. Looking forward to reading and learning a lot on the forum!

Welcome to the hobby, and the group, from CO :mug:

For AG, you might want to watch some videos on BIAB- it's cheap / easy to transition into.

Greetings, and second the BIAB suggestion. It's not the only way to go all grain, but is certainly less equipment-intensive (if you let it be...we won't talk about all of the junk in my brewery).
