Well Howdy!!
After a year or so of reading, researching and considerating...the wife and I took advantage of NBs 40% off sale on their deluxe kit, and took the plunge...
We did our first brew last Saturday, a Nut Brown Ale...we did a full boil, a yeast starter and fermentation appears to be doing it's thing
In fact, it went so well, and we had such a good time, (plus, with a three day weekend upon us), that we decided to do another right away...
Already have the Dead Ringer IPA kit, the yeast starter is going and another 6gl BB carboy will be delivered today...
