I know it might be a bit crazy...all these flavours, but how can I add them and in a totally natural way?

coconut milk? Grated, dried coconut?
Jasmin oil? Vanilla beans?

I have no clue when and what to add those flavours, but I want them to be relatively powerful so that people could easily identify them. Any thoughts on this?

Just did a Coconut Vanilla Porter toasted coconut flakes in a pan some people use oven or toaster oven. also after toasting put in paper bag to absorb the oil. With the vanilla I split then scraped out vanilla bean, cut into pieces then put all in Vodka let soak for a while. Not sure on the Jasmin.

Thanks for the reply. How big was the batch? How much did you use of each?

I am wondering why you had to absorb the coconut oil?
And isnt it enough just to cut the vanilla beans open? Why do you need to get rid of the softer inside?

I read that the coconut oil will affect head retention in beers. You scrape out the inside to get more flavoring. You put both scrapings and beans in Vodka. :)

Batch size was one gallon test. Used one bean in a bout 2 ounces soaked while porter was fermenting.
there are several articles and videos on how to do both. Did a search each one and the web came through with tons of info.

Cheers
