Hello, brewheads.

Just got my first batch of wine going not 30 minutes ago. It is sitting up on top the fridge fermenting now.

I've had an account here before, but long forgot what it was. Never got around to brewing until just recently, though it's been on my mind for years. We just got some new neighbors who happen to brew wine and it sparked the fire in me. So tonight I went out to the local home brew store and picked up an airlock and some k1-v1116 yeast. Now I have a 1 gal batch of Welch's (yeah laugh if you will, but I'm just getting my feet wet) brewing away.

Oh, I'm from Columbia, Missouri and I like good music. How are you all tonight?
