Hello again guys. Brewing again on Saturday, how does this look? My last brew was delicious (Xmas Experimental IPA) but I don't have the same ingredients, so we're modifying it a bit, not too much I hope.
We'll try to get as much out of the mash as possible, 1hr initially around 18 - 20 litres, then drain that out, then another 15 litres for 10-15 minutes more or less to get as much into the boil pot as possible.
Using more water this time as I previous sessions we've lost quite a lot during the boil.
It all sounds a bit messy and amateurish, but that's what we are. So far am the beers have been great. Any opinions appreciated.
