I use a mix of sanke and corny kegs. There are many adapters that require you to change the kegerator over to the small corny screw connectors and have sanke adapters that screw on to that. I know I've seen ones that screw onto the sanke connectors and adapt to the pin/ball lock connectors, but now I can't find those. Anybody know where to get those?

I actually just picked up some of those not too long ago. My LHBS carries them:

That's the opposite of what I want. I have a kegerator set up for sanke. I want to leave the existing ends on the hoses that screw onto the sanke coupler. I want adapters that attach to those on one side and connect to the pin lock fitting on the other. I'd prefer not to change the fittings on the kegerator hoses.

I have not seen anything that works sanke to pin lock. You may be able to rig something up with tap shanks or fittings that scale down to compression fittings

Be advised that depending on your kegerator, the sanke adapters can be a bit tall. Mine will just fit ( hose is bent almost too much).
Perlick makes a low profile sanke coupler. THe product in post #6 wont work with the low profile coupler.
