Hello fellow brewers!
I recently purchased 6 1/4 barrel Sanke Kegs, I've already looked up the process to wash them and fill them up, but there is something that I still can't find an answer to.
If I wash my sanke keg today but don't want to keg the same day, what is the proper way to store it? I've heard that you have to leave it pressurized with CO2 after sanitizing it, but I don;t know how much pressure do I have to leave in it, and do I have to depressurize once i'm going to fill it up??
Can someone help??
