For my first home brew I purchased a bunch of new beer bottles and washed them in dawn dishwashing soap with one of those bottle washers. I stored them in a closed box for a week and the day of the bottling I rinsed them in no rinse sanitizer. Right after I rinsed them with the sanitizer I racked the bottles. Total contact time between the bottle and sanitizer was probably only 15 seconds. I just read that you should let the sanitizer soak for about 5 minutes for it to be effective. Am I going to have any problems?

No problems. It's glass, so there's nothing for the sanitizer to soak into. As long the sanitizer came in contact with the entire inside of the bottle you should have nothing to worry about. :mug:

Did you fill the bottle 15 seconds after you soaked it in sanitizer, or did you only submerse the bottles in sanitizer for 15 seconds? If you did the later, the sanitizer was still in contact with the bottle even after you emptied the bottle. If that's the case, you'll probably be fine. The Vinator bottle rinser works on that concept.

I dipped the bottles in a bucket of sanitized water so it would fill up the inside a little and then let it drain out. It was only in the solution for a few seconds and then it sat waiting to get racked, which usually only lasted about 15 seconds

Ahh, that's a good point jescholler brought up. I re-read the post and it's hard to tell exactly what you did after sanitizing. A no-rinse sanitizer only works when its wet, so if they were left to dry before filling that could potentially pose a problem.

EDIT: never mind, you clarified while I was typing. You should be fine in this case since it looks like it wasn't long between dumping out the sanitizer and then filling.
