based on the no-rinse aspect and that it is intended for use on materials that contact food, it sounds fine to me.

weird, it has a high, alkaline pH. exactly the opposite of star-san

I wonder what it does to head retention. Also says it has to be wiped and let air dry...if it doesn't dry it might impart bad flavors. if it does dry you might not be sanitary anymore.

i would just use a bleach solution and rinse well with boiled water.

DO NOT USE QUATS AROUND BEER.

Quaternary Ammonium sanitizers are great for food prep areas and mold reduction/prevention but they will leave a very bad taste behind when used for brewing.

DO NOT USE QUATS AROUND BEER.

Are you absolutely sure about this? The label says it's a "food contact sanitizer". If it leaves a bad taste when used for brewing I would have to think it left a bad taste on food as well.

Go ahead and try it, if you don't care to take advice from someone you don't know on the internet ;)

What have you go to lose but a batch a beer?

Or you could use Star-san, which has a proven track record in home and professional breweries. What's worth more to you?
