Here's a quick question from a rookie home brewer. Has anyone used a product called Sani-T-10, made by Spartan Chemical for sanitizing equipment, bottles, etc? I work at a grocery store,where we use the product to sanitize knives and cutting boards. It is readily available to me and fairly inexpensive. It seems like it would work nicely but any opinions would be welcome.
