San Diego water

So below I attached a water report for the water district I'm a part of. I haven't really dove into the science of my water and would like to know what you experts think. From what you read what should I be doing to my tap water to help with peak performance? I'm not sure which plant in particular my water comes from. Would something like this even help me out or should I send in my own sample to get tested?

You'll need to find out which plant your water comes from or send a sample off for testing - the Carlsbad desal plant is quite different to the others.
