I have been in and out of threads for a while now, but have never introduced myself, sorry for the new guy screwup.
I started brewing with a Mr Beer I got from my father in law in Dec 07. Made about five beers with it and decided it didnt yeild enough for my tatse. I got into malt extract and have brewed a few beers:
1. Export Pilsner
2. American Wheat
3. Imperial Stout
Then I decided to do partial mash. Steeped a American Wheat and it was excellent :rockin: .
On a whim I bought some AG kits from NB and needless to say I like the AG route. I have made three so far.
1. American Wheat AG
2. Belgian Witbeer AG
3. Mild Ale AG
I have a few more in the works; like a Scottish 80, another Mild Ale, Honey Weizen, and once again another Belgian Witbeer.
I currently have a Belgian Witbeer and a Honey Weizen in two seperate Primaries. Another couple days in the primary then they go to secondary and then to bottles.
Up this weekend is the Mild Ale.
