I tried one of these the other day and it was delicious. The best chocolate stout I've ever had. I would really love to brew this but can't seem to find a clone recipe anywhere. I can find one for their oatmeal stout but that's not the one I need. Anyone have a recipe that might get me close? I've only been brewing for a year and I do 2.5 gal. extract w' grain batches but I can use Beersmith to convert a grain recipe. Thanks!

Been a long time since I had that beer or Rogue Choc. Stout. I'll leave the choc. dosing to others and will only add the advice of careful consideration of finishing gravity, yeast selection, mash temp, bittering level, etc. You'll want a drinkably dry finish but a bit less bittering to help accentuate the chocolate aspect.
