Sampling bottles to see if they are ready.

I’m sampling batch 2, 3, 4 tonight and bottling my Apfelwein.

Apfelwein tastes really good and since I’m putting in 16 oz bottles, I had about 12 left over to taste. Damn! The few store bought beer with the home brew sampling and the Apfelwein to top…….. Nice buzz~!
