Tomorrow my wife and I are doing our first full mash with a couple of my fellow club members (KGB) and we are very excited. This specialty beer takes a year to lager before bottling. This is my first post so I am open to suggestions and I will be posting the recipe.

Good Luck and have fun! I've beed debating of joining the KGB for a while. Seems like a bunch of old farts brewing (no offence) lol. They seem cool just havent really looked into it. Thats a big endeavour to lager for a year before bottling and it sound awesome.
