Does anyone have a recipe for this beer. It would have to be extract as I am an extract brewer but I just love this beer
 
Find a back issue of Zymurgy, I think it was the "best beers in America 2011" issue. It had a NP clone in it.

Czech Saaz 3.0 % 0.50 oz 1.1 Loose Pellet Hops 5 Min From End

German Tettnang 4.5 % 0.25 oz 0.9 Loose Pellet Hops 5 Min From End

German Tettnang 4.5 % 0.80 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops Dry-Hopped

Czech Saaz 3.0 % 0.60 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops Dry-Hopped

French Strisselspalter 3.5 % 0.40 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops Dry-Hopped

German Hallertauer Hersbrucker 3.5 % 0.20 oz 0.0 Loose Pellet Hops Dry-Hopped

And probably a yeast like 2124
 
This beer is the only pilsner that I line. It does not have the dirty sock taste most other pilsners have.
