Trying to workout a basic, clean low(ish) abv saison recipe. Would like to include rye for some spiciness (and body), but not sure if this would work. Any feedback is appreciated!
Pilsner - 6 lbs (60%)
Wheat (flaked) - 2 lbs (20%)
Rye - 1l bs (10%)
Vienna - 0.5 lbs (5%)
Sugar - 0.5 lbs (during boil)
