I've been having foaming/carbonation issues for awhile now and posted a topic on it and not sure if I still have it figured out. Anyways, I have to have a mango saison carbed exactly 2 weeks from now for my daughters birthday party. Beer was already chilled between 35-40. I have 10ft of 3/8 in a regular keg tower. I cannot have over carbed beer for the party. Per a carb chart I set the regulator at 10 psi at about 36 degrees and purged the headspace. Does this sound right? Beer taste amazing, I would like to serve it perfect. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
