I've been having foaming/carbonation issues for awhile now and posted a topic on it and not sure if I still have it figured out. Anyways, I have to have a mango saison carbed exactly 2 weeks from now for my daughters birthday party. Beer was already chilled between 35-40. I have 10ft of 3/8 in a regular keg tower. I cannot have over carbed beer for the party. Per a carb chart I set the regulator at 10 psi at about 36 degrees and purged the headspace. Does this sound right? Beer taste amazing, I would like to serve it perfect. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Forgot to mention I'm setting and forgetting because I do not want to risk over carbing. Issues are always foam

3/8 inside diameter? That's pretty big. I have 10' of 3/16 beer line. That size would definitely cause some issues. Does your tower have some air circulation? Some lines will warm in the tower and cause issues also.

Pull off about 3 oz and close the tap have another glass ready and fill the second glass. If the second one is good, your tower is too warm which is easily remedied by pouring more often and/or get a computer fan to recirculate the air into the tower. I'm also assuming you meant 3/16 keg lines not 3/8. Lastly the number on the regulator is not gospel, I have 3 regulators and they all seem to operate best on different psi according to the gauge

Yes I meant 3/16, not sure where I got 3/8. The tower warmth in fine with, issue has been after first beer. On another thread I received a plethora of advice that I'm going to try to remedy. Was curious though if the psi, temp and line length sounded good that I stated above. I too have a hunch that my regulator is off. I may dial down a few

36F @ 10psi sounds is perfect. That should result in ~2.5 volumes of CO2, right in the wheel house. I would not worry a bit about 10 ft of 3/16" beverage line, that will keep foaming to a minimum. Everything sounds good to me, I see no obvious reasons you would have any foaming.
